Treasha Lim is the Managing Director of KlearPicture Pty Ltd.
A citizen of Singapore, Treasha is a Permanent Resident of Australia, where she has been based for most of the last 16 years. She has a thorough knowledge of property and investment and a passion for helping her clients achieve greater wealth and security.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Business (Property)
RMIT University - Assoc. Diploma Marketing and Management
- Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Plannning)
- Licenced Estate Agent
- Full Member of the Mortgage Industry Association of Australia (MIAA)
- Member of the Real Estate Institute of Victoria
GAPI Qualification
Treasha is also a Graduate Member of the Australian Property Institute (GAPI). To gain membership of the Institute, applicants must demonstrate that they are qualified and skilled professionals with detailed market knowledge, practical experience and technical expertise.
Members of the Insitute are also bound by a Code of Ethics and strict Professional Practice Standards.
Experience
Treasha has extensive knowledge of all aspects of property sales, finance and investment, including property project marketing, feasibility studies, property portfolio development and cash flow analysis.
